A CLEAR PATH FROM IDEA TO DELIVERY

Make the next step simple.

Every order starts with a project-specific review. Production commitments follow an agreed specification, quotation and sample approval.

01

Define your brief

You provide quantities per item, intended use, artwork, destination and required arrival date.

Output: a specification checklist and open questions.
02

Review the quotation

Review materials, unit prices, setup, samples, packing, freight and exclusions. Confirm the delivery basis and named place.

Gate: written scope, costs and commercial terms agreed.
03

Approve the sample

Approve artwork first, then the agreed physical sample. Record dimensions, colours, finish and packaging as the production reference.

Gate: written sample approval and production authorisation.
04

Check production

Agree progress checks and inspection scope. Compare goods with the approved reference and document any corrective action.

Gate: inspection evidence and deviation resolution.
05

Release for shipment

Confirm carton counts, marks, packing list, invoice and required product documents. Review the booked route and estimated arrival.

Gate: shipment release under agreed payment and delivery terms.
06

Receive & review

Check quantities and condition on receipt. Document discrepancies within the agreed claim period and retain the specification for reorders.

Output: delivery record and agreed follow-up actions.

NO GUESSWORK IN THE HANDOVER

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you begin.

Can you source something outside the catalogue?

Include a description, target quantity and intended use in your brief. Custom products are assessed individually for feasibility, production requirements and destination-market requirements.

What are the minimum order quantities and lead times?

These depend on the product, materials, decoration and production method. There is no universal minimum or delivery promise. Sampling, production and transit timing need to be agreed in the project quotation.

Can a kit include food, alcohol, electronics or medical items?

Packaging and non-regulated components can be considered separately. Contents such as food, alcohol, electronics and medical products require a specific compliance and sourcing review. Catalogue inclusion does not establish certification or suitability for a particular market.

Are the images completed customer projects?

No. All product photographs and detail boards on this website are AI-generated design concepts. Main images and detail boards may show different design options; they are not production drawings. They are not customer endorsements, completed orders or evidence of inventory.
